Ya, kami menggunakan bahan kanvas premium dan tinta berkualitas tinggi yang tahan pudar sehingga foto tetap tajam hingga bertahun-tahun.

Proses produksi normal adalah 1–2 hari kerja setelah file siap cetak. Kami juga menyediakan opsi express jika dibutuhkan.

Kami menerima JPG, PNG, dan PDF. Untuk hasil terbaik, gunakan foto dengan resolusi tinggi (minimal 1.5 MB).

Kami dapat bantu tingkatkan kualitas foto sebatas memungkinkan. CS kami akan menginformasikan hasil preview sebelum produksi.

Ada. Jika kesalahan dari kami (warna, ukuran, cacat produksi), kami ganti dengan yang baru tanpa biaya tambahan.
